Refund Policy

At Viral Flow LLC, we want customers to be satisfied with their purchases. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be provided for our digital products.

1. Digital Products

Our products are digital and are delivered electronically. Because of the nature of digital goods, once a product has been accessed or downloaded, it generally cannot be returned. We evaluate refund requests fairly and on a case-by-case basis in line with the conditions below and applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. However, for digital content that is delivered electronically (not on a physical medium), the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

At checkout you may be asked to consent to immediate delivery of digital content and to acknowledge that, as a result, you lose the right of withdrawal once download or access begins. If you do not provide this consent, delivery will start only after the withdrawal period ends.

3. Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• The product was not delivered or was inaccessible due to a technical issue on our side.
• The product is significantly different from its description.
• You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same order.

Refund requests should be submitted within a reasonable period after purchase and include your order details.

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available where:

• The product has been fully accessed, downloaded or consumed without a qualifying issue.
• The request falls outside a reasonable time frame after purchase.
• There is evidence of misuse, unauthorized distribution or violation of our Terms.
